Security Officer

Job Description:

We are hiring a Security Field Officer / Supervisor for our security company in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for hiring security guards, arranging deployments, and managing them at different sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and arrange hiring of security guards
• Manage and supervise security guards at assigned sites
• Allocate duties and shifts to guards
• Ensure guards follow company rules and discipline
• Conduct site visits and inspections regularly
• Handle attendance, reporting, and basic documentation
• Coordinate with clients and office team

Requirements:

• Experience in security field operations preferred
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage teams and work in the field
• Knowledge of guard deployment and supervision
