Security Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Patrolling & Surveillance

• Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols of the premises.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
• Identify and report any suspicious activity, security breaches, or safety hazards.

Access Control

• Manage entry and exit points for staff, visitors, and vehicles.
• Verify identity and issue visitor passes.
• Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.

Incident Response

• Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies such as fire, theft, or medical situations.
• Contact emergency services when required.
• Record all incidents accurately in the daily log or incident report.

Customer Service

• Provide assistance and directions to visitors and employees.
• Maintain a courteous and professional attitude at all times.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily activity reports, incident reports, and attendance logs.
• Submit timely reports to the supervisor or designated authority.

Compliance & Safety

• Follow all safety protocols, fire prevention procedures, and emergency evacuation plans.
• Ensure that rules and regulations are adhered to within the premises.
• Conduct routine checks on fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and other safety equipment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum education: Graduation or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of security operations and safety practices.
• Physically fit and alert.
• Ability to read and write in English (as per client requirement).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Police verification and KYC documents mandatory.
