Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement Semarchy xDM data models aligned with business needs
2. Configure business rules, validations, and enrichment logic
3. Implement and optimize matching rules, duplicate detection, and merge strategies
4. Define and manage survivorship rules for accurate golden record creation
5. Manage merge and unmerge processes while ensuring data traceability
6. Design and maintain workflows for data governance and stewardship
7. Collaborate with business and data stakeholders to translate requirements
8.  
9. Participate in unit testing, defect fixing, and documentation

 

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

Qualifications

Required Skills

1. Strong hands-on experience in Semarchy xDM
2. Deep understanding of matching processes, survivorship, and golden record management
3. Experience handling duplicate management and merging strategies
4. Advanced SQL and data modeling expertise
