Senior Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Counsel prospective students via phone, email, and live chat, providing detailed information about our Online MBA and other online degree programs.

2. Guide students through the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.

3. Assess students' needs and goals, and recommend the appropriate degree programs and courses.

4. Provide accurate and timely information regarding admission requirements, program details, financial aid, and scholarships.

5. Maintain a high level of knowledge about the programs, ensuring the ability to answer detailed questions.

6. Follow up with prospective students to ensure they have all necessary information and support to make informed decisions.

7. Collaborate with other departments, including financial aid and student services, to facilitate a smooth admissions process.

8. Keep accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in the CRM system.

9. Achieve and exceed individual and team enrollment targets.

Eligibility:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students.

3. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

4. Proficiency in using CRM systems

5. Knowledge of online education programs and admissions processes is a plus.
