Design and build reliable AI automation systems that streamline real-world business workflows across sales, HR, finance, and operations.

Your work will directly help businesses reduce manual workload, improve conversions, and gain real-time operational intelligence.

You will architect and implement:

• Central AI orchestration layer
• AI-powered customer engagement workflows
• Financial and commission validation automation
• HR and productivity intelligence signals
• Inventory prediction logic
• Event-driven AI workflows
• Safety and guardrails for automated actions

• AI & Agent Systems
• Design multi-agent AI architecture
• Build LLM-powered automation workflows
• Implement tool-calling agents connected to internal APIs
• Create structured AI outputs for reliable execution
• Build memory systems for conversations and workflows
• Implement human-in-the-loop safeguards where required

• Backend & Automation
• Build event-driven automation pipelines
• Integrate queues (BullMQ / RabbitMQ / Kafka)
• Design async workflows for AI-triggered actions
• Connect AI with leads, appointments, finance, and HR modules
• Implement webhook-driven automations
• Ensure high reliability and retry safety

• Reliability & Safety (VERY IMPORTANT)
• Prevent hallucinations in production
• Validate AI outputs before execution
• Implement permission-aware AI actions
• Design fallback mechanisms
• Ensure strict data isolation and security
• Build audit logs for AI decisions

• Communication & Messaging AI
• Build WhatsApp automation workflows
• Implement intelligent follow-up logic
• Create lead qualification automation
• Optimize conversion workflows
• Improve response latency and delivery reliability

• Experience3–6+ years backend development experience
• 1–3+ years working with LLM/AI integrations
• Experience shipping production SaaS systems
• Strong system design fundamentals

• Technical Skills (MANDATORY)
• AI / LLMOpenAI / Claude API integration
• Prompt engineering for structured outputs
• Tool/function calling with LLMs
• Conversation memory design
• AI guardrails and validation

• Backend & Systems
• Node.js or Python (strong proficiency)
• Event-driven architecture
• Queue systems (BullMQ, RabbitMQ, or Kafka)
• Redis usage
• REST API design
• Webhook handling
• Async job processing

• Data & Structure
• Strong JSON/schema validation
• Database design (MongoDB/Postgres)
• Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS systems
• Performance optimization basics
