Sr. AI Developer

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Developer with 5+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise across front-end, back-end, AI engineering, cloud technologies, and databases, as well as a strong proficiency in Agile development practices and English communication skills.

Technical Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in front-end technologies: React, Typescript, and Chakra-UI.
• Comprehensive knowledge of back-end frameworks: Python, Fast API, and Pydantic, with experience in REST API design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience in AI Engineering, including LLMs, RAG, Vector DBs, OpenAI API integration, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch and other machine learning libraries.
• Experience with deploying and managing cloud-based applications using AWS.
• Strong understanding of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL.
• Agile development experience, with a proven track record of working within distributed teams.
• Excellent command of English for communication, both written and spoken.

Process Skills:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. 
• Strong knowledge of both Generative AI and traditional AI techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, and statistical modeling. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative data-driven solutions. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment is highly desirable. 

Behavioral Skills:

• Develop and maintain scalable front-end applications using React, Typescript, and Chakra-UI.
• Design and implement robust back-end solutions with Python, Fast API, and Pydantic, ensuring efficient REST API integration.
• Leverage AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch for designing and fine-tuning machine learning models.
• Implement AI solutions such as LLMs, RAG, Vector DBs, OpenAI API integration, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Collaborate with cloud services using AWS to deploy and manage applications securely and efficiently.
• Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and optimization for both SQL and NoSQL architectures.
• Work effectively within distributed teams using Agile methodologies, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery.
• Communicate project progress and challenges effectively in English, fostering transparency and teamwork.

Experience and Education Required

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. We will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
