Job Description

Experience : 6 to 12 years

Job Role:

• Analyze business processes to identify gaps and translate requirements into functional specifications for IT solutions.
• Must be French B2 level certified, strong in verbal/written French
• Part of team including French Customer resources and will have constant and regular interactions in French inside the team
• Support application implementation, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and document user requirements with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine designs, recommend system improvements, and validate functionality through testing.
• Good to have experience on Insurance Domain or worked on Data Projects.

Responsibilities 

1. Analyze business processes and identify gaps in user requirements.
2. Must be French B2 level certified, strong in verbal/written French
3. Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT solutions.
4. Support implementation of standard or customized applications.
5. Conduct cost-benefit analysis to evaluate solution feasibility.
6. Document user requirements, acceptance criteria, and system functions.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and validate functional designs.
8. Recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
9. Responsible for validating the functional requirements by doing functional testing
