We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Business Manager to lead our sales and business development efforts in the U.S., North America, and Canada. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving new business acquisition, managing existing accounts, and ensuring profitability for the business unit.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business goals in international markets.
• Drive new client acquisition (hunting) and expand business with existing accounts (farming).
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Take ownership of P&L for the business unit, achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with delivery, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client engagement.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and channels for growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
• Prepare and present sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Education: B.Tech./MBA preferred.
• Experience: 8–10 years in sales, account management, and business development with focus on U.S./North America.
• Strong exposure to hunting and farming sales models.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to build strategic client relationships.
