Senior Executive

Essential Functions

  • Customer Support: Address and resolve inquiries and issues via email.
  • Involve reviewing and categorizing emails.
  • Monitor Email Inboxes: Regularly monitor the AR email queue to ensure that no messages are overlooked, and everything is assigned to an appropriate team.
  • Maintain Queue Organization: Ensure the email queue is properly organized and remains clean.
  • Adaptable to learn new document type, process, concept and skills
  • Good Interpersonal Skills and Email Communication to communicate with Sales & other internal teams
  • Ensure adherence to process guidelines as per agreed quality standard on all SOPs
