•Familiarity with Sentinel One EDR , Netskope CASB, Brand Monitoring Solutions, SIEM, Security Score Card etc

Preference : ITIL Certified, OEM Certifications

Monitor and report alerts, incidents and risks highlighted by the in-scope solutions

•Track and prioritize closure of incidents and risks

•In scope solutions health monitoring

•Driving internal adoption of in scope solutions (as relevant)

•OEM coordination for troubleshooting

•Support client's security teams on Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) and reports related to in scope solutions

•Support client's in providing relevant data and reports for any audit / review

•Prepare weekly and monthly snapshots and trend analysis for in scope solutions

This is a 5 days work from client location role at Noida Location.
