Job Summary

AKV Buildcon Private Limited is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive / Senior Executive to manage end-to-end human resource functions. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, payroll coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth organizational functioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manpower planning as per business requirements
  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
  • Issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation
  • Conducting employee induction and orientation programs
  • 2. HR Operations & Employee Management
  • Maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave management
  • Handling confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits
  • Managing employee grievances and disciplinary actions
  • Drafting warning letters, show-cause notices, and termination letters
  • 3. Payroll & Compensation

Coordinating payroll processing with accounts team

  • Maintaining salary structures, incentives, and deductions
  • Ensuring timely salary disbursement and compliance
  • 4. Compliance & Statutory Requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with company HR policies and legal requirements
  • 5. Policy & Documentation
  • Drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
  • Maintaining MIS reports related to HR activities
  • Supporting audits and management reports
  • 6. Administration & Coordination
  • Coordinating with Admin and Operations for office management
  • Managing attendance systems and HR software (if applicable)
  • Supporting management with HR-related decision making
  • Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and Indian labour laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Good command over MS Word, Excel, and email communication
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Educational Qualification
  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred for Manager role)
  • Experience Requirement


  • HR Executive: 1–3 years of experience (Real Estate industry preferred)
  • Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Experience in real estate or construction industry
  • Ability to handle HR, Admin, and Operations together
  • Strong drafting skills for official HR communication
