Job Summary
AKV Buildcon Private Limited is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive / Senior Executive to manage end-to-end human resource functions. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, payroll coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manpower planning as per business requirements
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation
- Conducting employee induction and orientation programs
- 2. HR Operations & Employee Management
- Maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Handling confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits
- Managing employee grievances and disciplinary actions
- Drafting warning letters, show-cause notices, and termination letters
- 3. Payroll & Compensation
Coordinating payroll processing with accounts team
- Maintaining salary structures, incentives, and deductions
- Ensuring timely salary disbursement and compliance
- 4. Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensuring compliance with company HR policies and legal requirements
- 5. Policy & Documentation
- Drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
- Maintaining MIS reports related to HR activities
- Supporting audits and management reports
- 6. Administration & Coordination
- Coordinating with Admin and Operations for office management
- Managing attendance systems and HR software (if applicable)
- Supporting management with HR-related decision making
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and Indian labour laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Good command over MS Word, Excel, and email communication
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Educational Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred for Manager role)
- Experience Requirement
- HR Executive: 1–3 years of experience (Real Estate industry preferred)
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in real estate or construction industry
- Ability to handle HR, Admin, and Operations together
- Strong drafting skills for official HR communication
