Reporting To: Matrix Reporting – Business Head C Managing Director Location: In-office, Noida

Role Overview: The HR Manager/Sr. Manager/Lead will be responsible for establishing robust HR systems and processes aligned with LMS’s business vision. The role demands a hands-on leader who can bring structure to ambiguity, design scalable people frameworks, and align teams toward collective growth. The incumbent will partner closely with leadership to define the HR vision for the next five years, ensure operational excellence, and position HR as a strategic business enabler.

Key Responsibilities

1.  Strategic HR C Organization Development

 

·       Define and implement the HR Vision and 3–5 year roadmap aligned with business priorities.

·       Partner with leadership to design organization structures and workforce planning models.

·       Drive employee engagement, culture building, and leadership alignment initiatives.

 

2.     HR Operations C Compliance

 

·       Set up and manage end-to-end HR operations including payroll, attendance, and HRMS.

·       Ensure complete statutory compliance under labor laws (PF, ESIC, Shops C Establishment, etc.).

·       Maintain accurate and updated employee master data and ensure process audits.

 

3.     Talent Acquisition C Onboarding

 

·       Lead recruitment operations across all functions, from requisition to offer.

·       Build standardized processes for hiring, evaluation, and selection.

·       Design and execute a seamless pre-onboarding, onboarding, and induction experience.

 

4.     Learning C Development


·       Conduct training needs assessments and design capability development programs.

·       Facilitate leadership and behavioral learning sessions for managers and teams.

·       Prepare round year training calendars

 

5.     Performance Management System (PMS)

 

·       Create and implement a PMS aligned with company goals.

·       Enable structured goal-setting, feedback mechanisms, and review cycles.

·       Build manager capability for fair and developmental performance discussions.

 

6.     Policy C Framework Development

 

·       Develop, implement, and update HR policies, employee handbook, and SOPs.

·       Benchmark with industry standards and ensure clear policy communication.

 

7.     Stakeholder C Team Management

 

·       Partner with business and functional leaders to identify HR priorities.


Mentor the HR team and promote collaboration and ownership.

·       Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees alike.

·       Knowledge of compliance, payroll, PMS, HR Ops and stakeholder management.

·       Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·       MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute.
