Senior HR Recruiter

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Recruiter with strong experience in blue-collar/frontline hiring to support our recruitment needs across Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Punjab, and other outstation locations in North India. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring of waiters, stewards, supervisors, and other operational roles, using both online and offline sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong field hiring expertise, local sourcing network, and a proactive approach to hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage end-to-end hiring for roles like waiters, stewards, captains, supervisors, and other operational profiles within defined timelines.

• Travel to locations as per hiring requirements to conduct on-ground recruitment drives, interviews, and field hiring activities.

• Use a mix of online (job portals, social media) and offline (field sourcing, referrals, skill centers) methods to attract suitable candidates.

• Build and maintain strong connections with training institutes, skilling partners, local agencies, and manpower vendors.

• Plan and execute local hiring campaigns to meet urgent staffing needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers and share regular progress updates with hiring managers.

• Consistently meet weekly and monthly hiring targets as per business requirements.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in blue-collar/frontline hiring, preferably in hospitality, QSR, staffing, or facility management.

• Proven success in field recruitment, bulk hiring, and sourcing via local networks.

• Strong in communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement.

• Target-oriented, self-driven, and efficient under tight deadlines.

• Comfortable with recruitment tools, Excel, and basic data tracking.
