About Us:

We are a leading design firm seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in interior design, proficiency in 2D and 3D design software, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion

Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences

Create 2D and 3D designs, including floor plans, elevations, and renderings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained

Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess design feasibility

Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources

Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on commercial or high-end residential projects

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field

Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max

Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills

Strong portfolio showcasing interior design expertise and creativity.
