Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Investment Counsellor – Sales who can effectively engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and convert leads into active clients through consultative sales discussions. The role requires strong communication, negotiation abilities, and a results-driven approach to consistently achieve sales targets.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Key Expectations-

• Achieve a monthly sales target equivalent to 3× – 4× of the fixed salary
• Demonstrate high professionalism, persistence, and performance-driven work ethics



Key Responsibilities-

• Call leads provided by the company and convert them into active clients through consultative discussions
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to maintain engagement with potential clients
• Maintain accurate client data and regularly update CRM records
