Job Summary

We are looking for a Cognitive Lead (Band C) with deep technical expertise in Google Cloud AI technologies, particularly Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI, and Gemini, to lead the design and development of intelligent automation and conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong programming skills, hands-on experience with modern AI/ML frameworks, and a passion for developing scalable, production-grade solutions on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This is a senior developer role with leadership responsibilities to guide development teams on coding standards, AI solutioning, and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Solution Development
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions leveraging Google Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI, and Gemini.
  • Develop scalable Conversational AI and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) applications on GCP.
  • Build and maintain microservices and APIs to support AI applications.
• Technical Leadership
  • Act as a technical mentor and guide to developers, enforcing coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices.
  • Conduct peer reviews and ensure high code quality and performance.
• Hands-on Development
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Python, Java, and Node.js.
  • Leverage frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn for AI/ML model development and training.
• Collaboration & Strategy
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Cloud Architects, and Data Scientists to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with enterprise architecture.
• Domain Expertise
  • Apply domain-specific knowledge of US Healthcare and Insurance to shape relevant and compliant AI solutions.
  • Ensure solutions meet industry standards, security, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years in AI/ML and Google Cloud technologies.
• Proven hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI, and Gemini.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, and Node.js.
• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience implementing and scaling AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of US Healthcare and Insurance domain workflows and data sensitivities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor developers and interface with technical leaders.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.Tech); certifications in GCP or ML preferred.

Nice to Have

• GCP certifications like Professional Machine Learning Engineer or Professional Cloud Developer.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with privacy, HIPAA, and data protection standards in Healthcare
