Senior Manager

Position Overview: We seek a strategic and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join EXL's Data & AI team. The HRBP will be a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive innovation, employee growth, and organizational success. This role requires a blend of HR expertise, business acumen, and a passion for fostering a collaborative and future-ready workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide HR insights and solutions that drive value in data and AI-focused teams.
  • Talent Management: Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, and career development initiatives, with a focus on nurturing digital and analytical capabilities.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a culture of respect, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Performance Management: Support the implementation of agile performance reviews, feedback processes, and personalized growth plans.
  • Change Management: Guide teams through organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained employee engagement, especially in fast-evolving tech landscapes.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR policies are up-to-date, aligned with global standards, and support EXL's commitment to ethical practices.
  • Learning & Development: Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and digital fluency.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage HR analytics to inform decisions, optimize workforce strategies, and measure the impact of HR initiatives on business outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HRBP, preferably within data, analytics, or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends, especially within the tech and AI sectors.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.
