Senior Manager

Position: Senior Manager – Business Analyst

Reporting to: Assistant Vice President, Sr Assistant Vice President

Key Requirements:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for teams, ensuring clear traceability and prioritization.
• Act as a key liaison between business/client stakeholders and other teams, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive process improvement and operational efficiency by identifying gaps, evaluating solutions, and recommending best-fit digital solutions or platforms.
• Oversee a team of business analysts, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables and consistent practices.
• Leverage domain knowledge to provide thought leadership, regulatory insight, and market trends for strategic planning and solution design.
