 Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, HR Transformation

In this role, need to support client and actively partner with Operations/Functions to drive the continuous improvement agenda across stakeholders (internal and external). Employee to ensures alignment of the Quality initiatives to the vertical/functional strategic priorities.

As an HRT practitioner you will be working on many of the following activities, either leading or as part of a global project team. Your critical responsibilities would consist of the following:

Responsibilities

·         Delivering HR Consulting and advisory services to achieve excellent results for our clients; primarily focused on vision creation, strategy development and implementation planning.

·         Transform customer business processes allowing customers to realize the benefits of their HR technology.

·         Advise management on how HR can help companies do Digital Transformation including redesigning work, and Robotics Process Automation (RPA)

·         Support HR-enabled workforce experience strategies, including AI-enabled HR.

·         Help define and implement new HR processes and use tools like Digital HR, Workday, SuccessFactors, and Oracle Cloud.

·         Build strong customer relationships leading to increased business opportunities.

·      Client Management - to engage with clients on a particular solution area (HR operating model, roles & capabilities, HR organization, HR Service Delivery, HR technology).

·        Analyze and interpret qualitative and/or quantitative data to develop an assessment of a client's current state and contribute to development of recommendations.

·         Contribute to the implementation of projects spanning areas like HR Operating Model Design, HR Process Reengineering, Change Management and Adoption. Support & lead solution development.

·         Demonstrate strong and progressively developing client consulting skills, with the ability to articulate points of view.

·         Practice Management and Development - Contribute, guide research and analysis on HR transformation solution area leading to creation of HR solutions, POVs, articles, leading practice views among others. Etc.

·         People Management - Informal or formal people management responsibility with the responsibility of managing teams on large HR transformation projects.

·         Continually developing own knowledge and understanding of HR Consulting skills and client markets and supporting the development of others.


Required:

·         Master’s degree in HR

·         Black Belt with relevant work experience related to HR Transformation, HR Consulting.

·         Exposure to design and delivery of HR systems in large organizations

·         Exposure to AI enabled solutions and RPA.

·         Excellent project management and communication skills (i.e., presentation, facilitation, prioritization)

·         Familiarity with AI Enabled technologies.

·         Ability to remain flexible, quickly learn and adapt.

·         Motivated self-starter with strong time management skills

·         Aptitude to work collaboratively in an agile environment, while getting work done with a team of functionally diverse SMEs

·         Strong skills in MS Office applications

·         Familiarity with change management methodologies

Minimum Qualifications

·         Certified Black belt

·         Experience in driving RPA program and deploying RPA across platforms.

·    Extensive experience in the F&A domain and should have led transformation across all sub-processes like Manual Journals, Fixed Asset, Reconciliation etc.

·         Experience in driving continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma Methodology.

·         Experience in managing client discussion and driving large transformation programs.

·         Project Management skills –Strong Influencing skills and clarity of thought on effective project management are required

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

·         F&A Domain – PTP

·         PMO Experience.

·         Client facing consulting experience
