Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support the presales team in creating and presenting IT field support solution

proposals.

• Prepare detailed Excel-based cost models, pricing structures, resource planning

sheets, and commercial quotations.

• Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations, solution architectures, executive

summaries, and customer-facing documentation.

• Collaborate closely with Delivery and FSPM teams to gather inputs for accurate

proposals and effort estimation.

• Participate in client calls, requirement discussions, technical workshops, and

solution demonstrations.

• Assist in preparing structured responses for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tenders.

• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitor analysis to strengthen

solution positioning.

• Validate assumptions, risks, and dependencies while ensuring commercial and

technical accuracy in submissions.

• Maintain proposal repositories, reusable templates, and contribute to presales

process improvements.

• Support transition discussions post deal closure, where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related

field.

• 3–4 years of experience in presales, business analysis, bid management, or IT

support environments.

• Strong understanding of IT field support operations, SLAs, service delivery

frameworks, and costing models.

• Experience working on structured RFP/RFI responses and commercial

documentation.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Technical Proficiency

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pricing models,

data analysis)

• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint (solution decks, executive-level presentations)

• Familiarity with CRM or proposal management tools is an added advantage

Soft Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage timelines and work under proposal deadlines

• Collaborative team player with cross-functional coordination ability
