What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Cold outreach via calls, emails & LinkedIn to generate B2B opportunities
• Converting assigned leads into paying clients
• Understanding client requirements and suggesting suitable digital solutions
• Consistent follow-ups and objection handling
• Achieving monthly revenue and conversion targets
• Maintaining CRM updates and pipeline tracking
• Coordinating with marketing & operations for smooth onboarding

Who Should Apply

✔ Minimum 6 months sales experience (B2B preferred)

✔ Confident in Hindi & English communication

✔ Comfortable with cold calling and daily targets

✔ Can work 2 days/week from Noida office (Mandatory)

✔ Strong persuasion & negotiation skills

✔ Hungry to earn incentives beyond fixed salary
