About the Role

We are looking for an organized, analytical, and proactive Senior Sales Coordinator to act as the backbone of our sales department. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our sales team, clients, and internal operations (supply chain, finance, and logistics).

As a Senior Coordinator, you will not only manage daily sales administration but also analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize processes, and mentor junior administrative staff.

 Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience:

 * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

 * Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or a similar administrative role.

 * Leadership: Prior experience mentoring staff or leading projects is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

* MS Office Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, conditional formatting) is mandatory.

Soft Skills:

 * Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with high-value clients and internal stakeholders.

 * Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot logistical issues and resolve client complaints under pressure.

 * Organization: Superior time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
