Job Profile: Senior Sales Executive/ Assistant Sales Manager

Experience: 2-3 Years


Position Summary:

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to identify opportunities, build relationships, and achieve sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
  • Familiar with Ecommerce Onboarding Process and handling the Servicing and accounts managements of Sellers.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the digital solutions or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
