Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate

Experience:1 – 3 Years (Real Estate Preferred)

Salary : 25000 - 40000+(incentives)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, references, and site visits
• Handle inbound & outbound sales inquiries effectively
• Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable projects
• Follow up with potential buyers for closure
• Maintain CRM data and daily sales reports
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of real estate market (Noida / NCR projects)
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to handle high-value clients professionally
• Good presentation and convincing ability
