Senior Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage regular cadence to communicate product road map and releases to both internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain custom components using Apex, LWC, and Flows.

• Support Salesforce org consolidation: metadata alignment, data migration, and permission harmonisation.

• Implement enhancements for CPQ and other Salesforce features.

• Collaborate with Admins and Architects to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.

• Ensure code quality, testing, and CI/CD best practices.

• Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to support teams

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL).

• Exposure to multi-org consolidation and data migration.

• Experience with CPQ (custom or Salesforce CPQ) preferred.

• Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing frameworks.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Education and Experience:

• BS/MS/ in Computer Science/related degree OR equivalent professional experience.

• 7+ years of experience.
