#### Job Summary

The SEO Executive will be responsible for optimizing website content to improve search engine rankings, enhancing online visibility, and driving traffic to the company's website. This position requires a creative individual adept at creating engaging graphics and videos, as well as managing social media postings to support SEO strategies.

#### Key Responsibilities

1. *SEO Strategy Development*:

 - Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

 - Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance website visibility.

2. *Content Creation*:

 - Create high-quality, engaging content optimized for search engines and user experience.

 - Develop graphics and videos to complement written content and enhance user engagement.

3. *On-Page Optimization*:

 - Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and images, to improve search rankings.

 - Ensure all website content is SEO-friendly and meets best practices.

4. *Social Media Management*:

 - Manage the company’s social media accounts, including content creation and posting schedules.

 - Develop graphics and video content for social media platforms to drive engagement and traffic.

5. *Link Building*:

 - Identify and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority.

 - Collaborate with influencers and industry partners to create back-linking opportunities.

6. *Analytics and Reporting*:

 - Monitor website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

 - Create regular reports on SEO performance and social media engagement metrics.

7. *Collaboration*:

 - Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.

 - Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality visual content.

8. *Stay Updated*:

 - Keep abreast of the latest trends and algorithm changes in search engine optimization.

 - Attend webinars, workshops, and conferences to enhance SEO knowledge and skills.

#### Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing (1-3 years preferred).

- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).

- Strong skills in content creation, including graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and best practices.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with HTML/CSS and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
