Your Role

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of robust PostgreSQL database solutions for global clients.
Leverage deep expertise in PostgreSQL to architect scalable, secure, and high-performing database systems for business-critical applications.
Design and implement end-to-end PostgreSQL database architectures tailored to specific client requirements around performance, availability, and data management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PostgreSQL with diverse technology stacks such as Python, Java, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Conduct technical workshops, gather database-related requirements, and translate business needs into effective database solutions.
Optimize database performance through advanced SQL tuning, indexing strategies, and efficient query design.
Ensure data integrity, implement robust backup and recovery procedures, and configure high availability and failover solutions.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior DBAs and developers.
Promote adherence to industry best practices, security standards, and quality guidelines in database

Your Profile

Proven experience in PostgreSQL database administration, design, and performance tuning.
Strong understanding of relational database design, normalization, indexing, and query optimization.
Hands-on experience with advanced SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
Experience in integrating PostgreSQL with cloud platforms and application environments.
Ability to lead client engagements, provide technical guidance, and manage project deliverables.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL extensions (e.g., PostGIS, TimescaleDB) and replication strategies.

Strong communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset
