  Job Description 

  Design and implement Oracle HCM Extracts solutions to support HR and business functions Collaborate with HR and IT teams to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle HCM Extracts ensuring timely resolution Participate in the development of Oracle Cloud HCM integrations and reporting frameworks Ensure data integrity and optimize the performance of extraction processes Stay current with Oracle Cloud HCM technical updates features and best practices Support system upgrades patches and enhancements related to Oracle HCM Extracts Document technical specifications processes and configurations for reference and compliance

Roles and Responsibilities 

    Lead the design and development of complex Oracle HCM Extracts to meet evolving business needs Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather detailed requirements and deliver robust technical solutions Develop and maintain extract definitions queries and mappings within Oracle Cloud HCM Conduct unit testing system integration testing and support user acceptance testing for extract processes Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data extraction and integration promptly Provide technical guidance mentorship and knowledge sharing to junior team members Ensure compliance with security policies and data privacy standards during extraction processes Continuously improve extraction workflows to enhance efficiency accuracy and maintainability
