We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Store Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of the store and inventory management for a hospitality group encompassing hotels and restaurants. This role requires excellent organizational skills, leadership ability, and a thorough understanding of food & beverage (F&B) and housekeeping inventory processes. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient stock management, cost control, and compliance with internal policies and hygiene standards.

• Oversee daily operations of all hotel and restaurant storerooms (F&B, housekeeping, general supplies).
• Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of goods while minimizing excess and wastage.
• Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems (e.g., Materials Control, SAP, or similar).
• Coordinate with chefs, purchasing, housekeeping, and finance departments to forecast and plan stock requirements.
• Supervise and train storekeepers and warehouse assistants, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) rotation.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
• Monitor expiry dates, stock damages, and product quality regularly.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards as per local and internal guidelines.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management review.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers regarding delivery schedules, quality issues, and returns.
• Implement inventory control policies to reduce pilferage, shrinkage, and operational losses.
