Senior Tele Caller

A Senior Tele caller is responsible for making outbound calls or handling inbound inquiries to assist customers, generate leads, resolve issues, or promote products/services. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer handling ability, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities: 

•    outbound calls to customers for sales, lead generation, verification, or support.
•    Handle inbound calls and address customer queries effectively.
•    Provide accurate information about products/services.
•    Maintain customer records and update details in the CRM/database.
•    Follow scripts, call guidelines, and company protocols.
