Job SummaryThe Collection Executive is responsible for recovering outstanding payments from customers, ensuring timely follow-up, maintaining accurate records, and resolving billing or payment-related issues. The role focuses on reducing delinquency, improving cash flow, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone, email, SMS, and field visits (if applicable) to collect outstanding payments.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure payments are received within defined timelines.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up actions.
• Explain billing details, account statements, and payment terms to customers.
• Negotiate and finalize payment plans or settlements when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• Escalate complex cases or disputes to the supervisor for resolution.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve customer queries.
• Prepare daily/weekly collection reports and update the system regularly.
• Meet monthly collection targets and contribute to the overall performance of the department.
