We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and achieving assigned sales or lead generation targets on a regular basis.

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives
• Fluency in English and Telugu is mandatory.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
• Pitch products and services as per company guidelines.
• Generate leads or close sales to meet weekly/monthly targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• RequirementsMinimum graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in Sales / Telesales is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Telugu is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools).
