The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telesales or loan sales and be confident in handling outbound calls and converting leads effectively.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• ☎️ Make outbound calls to potential clients for unsecured business loans.
• 💬 Explain loan features, eligibility, and benefits clearly to customers.
• 🧾 Collect and verify necessary documents for loan processing.
• 🎯 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• 🗂️ Maintain proper records of calls and leads in CRM.
• 🤝 Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• 📈 Follow up with prospects to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.

💰 Salary & Benefits:

💵 Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month

🎁 Incentive: Unlimited (as per performance)

⏰ Shift: Day (Full Time) — 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
