Senior Telesales Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our Ayurvedic health supplements designed for weight loss and diabetes management.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for health & wellness, and the ability to convert leads into satisfied customers.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell Ayurvedic supplements (Weight Loss & Diabetes products) to customers, retailers, and distributors.
• Generate leads through field visits, calls, and digital platforms.
• Explain product benefits, usage, and offers to potential buyers.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and partners.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing team.
• Ensure proper product display and brand visibility at retail outlets.
• Requirements:
• Experience: 0–3 years in sales (Experience in FMCG/Pharma/Healthcare/Ayurvedic products preferred).
• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• Good communication and convincing ability
• Basic knowledge of health supplements or Ayurveda (added advantage)
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Comfortable with fieldwork and customer interaction
• Salary & Benefits: Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
