We partner with leading software brands and provide end-to-end consulting—from understanding client needs to implementation and training.Job Responsibilities – Pre Sales Team Lead / Senior ExecutiveConnect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and online meetings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound client queries regarding business automation and software products.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Conduct product demos and present automation use-cases to clients.
• Coordinate with the field sales team to schedule on-site meetings or virtual consultations.
• Maintain a strong follow-up with leads using CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly targets for qualified meetings and conversion ratio.
• Train and guide new team members (for Team Lead role).
