Designation: Senior Sales Executive(TeleSales)

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: both fresher and experince

Salary Range- 18,000-24,000 pm.

Location: Noida


Role Overview

The Senior Sales Executive (Telesales) will be responsible for generating revenue through outbound and inbound calls, building strong client relationships, and leading sales conversions. The role requires proven telesales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
  • Convert inquiries into successful sales through effective pitch and negotiation.
  • Maintain and expand the customer database within the assigned region.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
  • Guide and support junior telesales executives in sales techniques.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Keep updated on company products, services, and sales promotions.
  • RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
  • 1–5 years of experience in telesales/inside sales (B2B/B2C).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English).
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales tracking software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes.
