Senior Travel Consultant

Job Title: Travel Consultant / Ticketing Executive Location: New Delhi (NOIDA OFFICE)

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our travel agency team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in domestic and international ticketing, strong knowledge of Amadeus and Galileo, and familiarity with Low Cost Carriers (LCCs). The candidate should be able to handle reservations, fare calculations, reissues, cancellations, and customer travel requirements efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle domestic and international flight bookings for clients.
• Make reservations, issue tickets, reissue tickets, and process cancellations/refunds.
• Work efficiently on Amadeus and Galileo GDS systems.
• Manage bookings for Low Cost Carriers (LCCs) such as IndiGo, SpiceJet, AirAsia, Akasa Air, etc.
• Provide clients with the best available fares and travel options.
• Assist customers with itinerary planning, fare rules, baggage policies, and travel documentation guidance.
• Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and vendors for smooth travel arrangements.
• Handle PNR creation, modifications, queue handling, and schedule changes.
• Support clients with visa-related travel information and general travel advice where required.
• Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, confirmations, and travel requests.
• Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, refunds, and customer communication.
• Deliver professional customer service and resolve travel-related issues promptly.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel agency / ticketing / reservations role.
• Strong working knowledge of Amadeus and Galileo.
• Good knowledge of Low Cost Carriers (LCCs) booking procedures.
• Sound knowledge of international and domestic airfare structures, routing, and fare rules.
• Ability to handle reissues, refunds, cancellations, and schedule changes.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of visa requirements, travel insurance, and holiday/travel services will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Email correspondence.
