About the Role

We are looking for a multifaceted Designer who can create high-impact marketing creatives,

videos, landing pages, and UI/UX designs. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences and

campaign visuals that drive engagement, conversions, and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

 Design marketing creatives for digital campaigns (Google, Meta, Programmatic, Email, SMS,

RCS, Affiliates).

 Create conversion-focused landing pages in collaboration with the performance marketing

team.

 Design and optimize UI/UX for web and mobile platforms, ensuring intuitive user journeys.

 Produce short-form videos, motion graphics, and animated creatives for campaigns and

social media.

 Translate briefs into compelling visuals while maintaining brand consistency across

platforms.

 Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and developers for pixel-perfect execution.

 Stay updated with latest design, video, UI/UX, and marketing trends to deliver innovative

outputs.

 Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

Requirements

 3–6 years of experience in marketing design, video, and UI/UX.

 Strong portfolio showcasing marketing creatives, videos, landing pages, and product design

work.

 Proficiency in design and video tools:

o Graphics & Marketing: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva

o Video & Motion Graphics: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva Video

o UI/UX: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch

 Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, responsive layouts, and

animation.

 Familiarity with web and app UI/UX best practices (wireframing, prototyping, user flows).

 Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and tech teams.

 Detail-oriented with a creative eye and problem-solving mindset.
