We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Web Designer with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in web design. The ideal candidate should have expert-level proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and a strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and develop responsive and visually appealing websites, landing pages, and digital assets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, assigning tasks and ensuring high-quality output.
• Collaborate closely with developers, sales teams to deliver cohesive web experiences.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, color schemes, and design standards across all digital platforms.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Optimize designs for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, design systems, and emerging web technologies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and present creative solutions.

👥 Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in web designing.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Expertise in responsive design and understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to manage and mentor a creative team effectively.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• High level of creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
