SEO Specialist

We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist who can own end-to-end SEO strategy, lead execution, and drive measurable organic growth across competitive B2B & FMCG-focused domains (Food, Beverage, Certification, Manufacturing, Exports).

This is not a junior or support role. You will be responsible for technical SEO, content strategy, team coordination, and performance tracking, while working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Own)

-Build & execute SEO strategy aligned with business goals-Perform advanced technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, CWV, JS SEO)-Manage and mentor a team of:

• 5 Content Writers
• 3 Off-page SEO Executives
• 1 Social Media Executive

-Drive keyword funnel strategy (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU)-Own on-page SEO, internal linking & content optimization-Lead off-page strategy (authority building, link quality control)-Handle Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush-Monitor and recover from core algorithm updates-Collaborate with content, dev, and marketing teams-Track KPIs: rankings, traffic, conversions, leads & ROI

Must-Have Skills (Strict Requirements)

 Minimum 4 years of proven SEO experience Strong expertise in Technical SEO Hands-on experience with large websites / multiple service pages Deep understanding of:

• Crawl Budget & Index Bloat
• Canonicals, Redirects, Noindex
• CWV (LCP, CLS, INP)
• JavaScript SEO basics

 Experience managing SEO teams Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Ability to convert SEO into lead generation & revenue impact

Good to Have (Plus Points)

-Experience in B2B / FMCG / Food / Manufacturing / Certification domains-SEO for service-based & high-intent keywords-Exposure to AI search, SGE & entity-based SEO-Content strategy & topical authority building
