Service Executive

JD for Service Executive:

Attend customer service calls and complaints

Coordinate installation, servicing & maintenance of equipment

Visit client sites when required

Prepare service reports and update records

Coordinate with sales & technical teams

Ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Requirements:

Graduate / ITI / Diploma (Electrical / Electronics preferred)

Technical knowledge of servicing & troubleshooting

Good communication skills

Willingness to travel for site visits

Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude

Handle customer service requests, complaints and Training Provided

Ensure timely resolution of service issues

Coordinate with technicians and internal teams

Maintain daily service reports and records

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)

Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, CRM – if applicable)

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure

Two-wheeler and valid driving license (if field role)
