About the Role:

ServiceNow Now Assist Architect to lead AI-driven transformation initiatives for global enterprise GenAI and Agentic AI Rollout. This role will drive the adoption of Now Assist (GenAI) capabilities across ServiceNow modules, enabling intelligent automation, enhanced user experience, and business value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Consulting:

• Engage with enterprise clients to define AI-led ServiceNow transformation roadmaps
• Act as a trusted advisor for Now Assist and GenAI adoption strategies
• Lead discovery workshops, solution envisioning, and value articulation

Architecture & Solution Design:

• Architect end-to-end Now Assist & Agentic AI solutions across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, SPM)
• Define and implement GenAI Controller frameworks including prompt engineering, orchestration, and governance
• Design scalable and secure AI solutions

Delivery & Implementation:

• Lead implementation of Now Assist & Agentic AI capabilities for custom scenarios
• Collaborate with global delivery teams
• Provide technical oversight and resolve architectural challenges

Required Skills & Qualifications:

ServiceNow Expertise:

• Strong experience across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, SPM
• Experience with Now Assist capabilities
• Enterprise-scale implementation experience

GenAI / AI Expertise:

• Experience in Generative AI solutions
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI orchestration
• Experience in GenAI Controller design and governance

Certifications (Preferred):

• ServiceNow CSA, CAD
• CIS (multiple modules)
• CTA preferred
• AI/ML certifications
