Job Summary:We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Shift Manager to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will lead by example, ensure smooth restaurant functioning, maintain high standards of food quality and customer service, and supervise a team to meet operational goals.

Operational Excellence:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during the shift.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Manage the opening and closing procedures of the outlet.

Team Leadership:

• Train, motivate, and coach team members to deliver top-notch service.
• Monitor team performance and provide real-time feedback.
• Handle shift scheduling, attendance, and task delegation.

Customer Service:

• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and take corrective actions where needed.
• Uphold QSR brand standards in every customer interaction.

Inventory & Cash Management:

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Conduct shift-wise cash handling and reconciliations.
• Minimize waste and control food costs.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain daily shift reports and handover logs.
• Assist in audits and ensure all documentation is up to date.
• Qualifications:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the QSR/F&B industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule (including weekends/holidays).
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred.
