Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise daily construction activities (structure + finishing)
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
• Monitor progress vs timelines and report delays
• Maintain site discipline and workflow efficiency

2. Contractor & Labour Management

• Coordinate with:
• 
  
• 
  
• Civil contractors
• Electricians
• Plumbers
• Carpenters
• Tile & stone workers
• Allocate daily tasks and track productivity
• Resolve on-site issues quickly

3. Quality Control

• Ensure high-quality workmanship at all stages:
• 
  
• 
  
• RCC work
• Brickwork
• Plaster
• Tile/stone installation
• Finishing works
• Check material usage and prevent wastage
• Conduct regular inspections

4. Material Management

• Track material requirements in advance
• Coordinate with purchase team for timely ordering
• Verify delivered materials and maintain records
• Ensure proper storage and handling

5. Drawings & Coordination

• Understand and execute:
• 
  
• 
  
• Architectural drawings
• Structural drawings
• Interior layouts
• Coordinate with:

• 
  
• Architect / Designer
• Senior management (Arjun / Sudhir sir)

6. Billing & Documentation

• Verify contractor bills based on actual work done
• Maintain daily progress reports (DPR)
• Record labour attendance and work status
• Assist in BOQ tracking

7. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure safety protocols are followed at site
• Maintain clean and organized site conditions
• Avoid accidents and ensure safe working environment
