Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage interior fit-out project execution from start to completion.

2. Interpret and work closely with architectural drawings and interior design layouts.

3. Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring quality control, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

4. Collaborate with designers and architects to align technical feasibility with design intent and aesthetics.

5. Monitor project schedules, progress, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.

6. Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to structural and finishing standards.

7. Prepare reports, BOQs, and progress updates for project stakeholders.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).

* Proven experience in interior fit-out projects (corporate, commercial, or residential).

* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishing techniques.

* Awareness of architecture and interior design trends with ability to translate them into practical solutions.

* Minimum 3–7 years of experience in interior design, construction, or related fields.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and other project management tools.

Preferred Skills

* Knowledge of sustainable and modern construction techniques.

* Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, HVAC, contractors, vendors).

* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
