Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior execution work at project sites
• Manage on-site labour, carpenters, electricians, painters, and other workers
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, designs, and timelines
• Coordinate material requirements and arrange necessary products at site
• Maintain proper work quality and safety standards on-site
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Track daily progress and report updates to the project manager
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Experience in interior site supervision (residential/commercial projects)
• Good knowledge of interior materials, fittings, and execution processes
• Ability to manage labour and multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic understanding of measurements, drawings, and site coordination
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
