Job Title: Site Engineer – Office Interior Design & Build Projects

Location: Noida- (Where site requirement Across India)

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Supervision: Oversee and manage all on-site activities related to interior design and build projects to ensure tasks are executed as per design specifications, quality standards, and within the set timelines.

2. Task Management & Scheduling: Plan and prioritize tasks for each project section, ensuring on-time task handovers and that project milestones are met efficiently.

3. Manpower Handling: Manage and direct skilled labor and subcontractors on-site. Ensure labor is optimally allocated and deployed to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency.

4. Material Stock Management & Planning: Monitor and manage on-site inventory. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials, avoiding delays in project timelines.

5. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure that all site operations comply with design, quality, and safety standards. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any issues or non-compliance.

6. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, inventory, and manpower allocation. Prepare daily and weekly reports on project status, material usage, and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the interior design/build industry.

* Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of interior construction techniques, materials, and standards. Proficiency with construction/project management software and MS Office.
