As a Sky Service Cards - RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure an exceptional customer experience by promptly and efficiently addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information and assistance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and record customer orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery.
- Resolve customer issues and provide suitable solutions, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering personalized and friendly service.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and efficient issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
- Actively contribute to team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Continuously improve customer service skills and stay updated with industry trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in customer service are preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
