Sky Service Cards - RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound
As a Sky Service Cards - RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound representative, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls and inquiries from customers regarding their Sky Service Cards. You will provide accurate and timely information, assist with card-related issues, and ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers.- Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service to Sky Service Cardholders.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding card services.
- Process card-related transactions, such as balance inquiries, payment processing, and card activation.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a friendly and professional tone during interactions.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
- Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and communicate any changes or updates to customers.
- Collaborate with the Sky Channel team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to improve service quality.
- Adhere to data privacy and security protocols when handling customer information.
- Actively contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support or call center role, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
- Basic knowledge of banking and financial services is an asset.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
