Sky Service Cards - RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound

As an RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound representative, you will be the voice of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your primary goal is to ensure a positive and seamless experience for our customers, building trust and loyalty. You will be an integral part of our Sky Channel team, contributing to the overall success of the bank's customer service operations.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and timely responses.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms, with a focus on prompt and friendly service.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions, demonstrating empathy and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Stay updated with the latest product and service offerings, as well as any changes in policies, to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure a smooth resolution process.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular feedback to the management team.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security protocols when handling customer information.
  • Engage in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about industry trends and customer service best practices.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A positive and professional attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
